Experience the best of Lettuce Entertain You in one unforgettable evening at Taste of Lettuce — a curated multi-course dining event featuring five standout restaurants from the group: Summer House Santa Monica, Mon Ami Gabi, RPM Italian, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, and Wildfire. Held on Friday, August 15, 2025, the evening begins with a cocktail reception at 7:00 PM followed by a seated dinner at 7:30 PM at Joe’s Seafood in Washington, DC. Each course highlights a signature dish from a different concept, paired with thoughtful wine or cocktail selections — from ahi tuna tostadas and scallops St. Jacques to filet mignon and a decadent hazelnut torte.
