This Thanksgiving, the Conrad DC will host its first-ever feats at Estuary, a festive and celebratory meal inspired by family gatherings enjoyed by Bryan and Michael Voltaggio. Designed to be both interactive and family-style, you will start your meal at the kitchen’s pass where you can mingle and enjoy a raw bar featuring a selection of seafood including shrimp cocktail, oysters from the Chesapeake Bay and tuna tartare. The sit-down portion of the meal includes individual appetizers and entrees, which will select along with an array of sides served family-style. Some menu options include the restaurant’s popular Maryland crab roll; the heritage turkey served with smoked turkey gravy, stuffing bread pudding and cranberries; Chatham cod with spaghetti squash cacio e pepe, pea tendril and pumpkin seed pesto; green bean casserole with shitake mushrooms, “funions” and enoki hay; and mac and cheese made with rigatoni and aerated cheddar cheese. The meal finishes with an interactive dessert station featuring a modern take on seasonal Thanksgiving favorites. The meal, exclusive of tax and gratuity, is priced at $115 per person and $40 for children aged 12 and under. A credit card is required for advance reservations and a $50 fee will be charged for cancellations received seven days prior.
