The Partisan's Pancake Pop-Up

Chef Thomas Malz has crafted a pancake pop up menu that will be available for the next three weekends (in addition to a la carte brunch offerings) at The Partisan – kicking off this Saturday and running through Sunday, February 9th. True to form, the New Hampshire native (and big fan of maple syrup) has included several different syrups and spreads sourced from Canada, Pennsylvania, New England and beyond. Menu items include shack-style pancakes, buckwheat pancakes, gingerbread pancakes, cider donuts, a variety of syrups & spreads, and more. Menu items sold al a carte. Every Saturday & Sunday from January 25th through February 9th. Brunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For more information, please click here.
