Top Chef 2x Fan Favorite Chef Sheldon Simeon Brings Ohana Style from Maui to DC

James Beard nominated chef, Top Chef fan favorite, and Hawai‘i culinary ambassador Chef Sheldon Simeon will be in DC May 7th to 9th to celebrate the release of his highly anticipated new cookbook, Ohana Style.
To mark the launch, Sheldon will be hosting several public events across DC where media and readers alike can meet him, hear about the stories and traditions behind the book, and enjoy flavors inspired by the recipes inside, including:
Thursday, May 7th - Meet & Greet and Cookbook Signing at The National Museum of the American Indian. The Mitsitam Native Foods Cafe will showcase a vibrant menu inspired by the cookbook. Enjoy Huli Huli chicken, lemon caper mahi-mahi, sweet and sour beet mui, crispy chili-garlic cauliflower, teriyaki potatoes, mac salad, and a refreshing mango-ade cooler.
