Focusing on areas such as Cahors, Madiran, Gaillac, and Fronton, the session examines how varied climates, soils, and centuries-old traditions shape wines that exist beyond the Bordeaux spotlight, making the region especially compelling for curious wine lovers. The class takes place on March 6, 2026, from 6:30–8:00 pm and is available both in person at the Capital Wine School and virtually via Zoom, with tasting samples provided accordingly.
