WSET Level 1 Sake Certification Class

This one-day course is the ideal starting point for the novice sake enthusiast, or those working with sake. No prior experience is required. The course includes the processes and principles involved in the production, storage, and service of sake, as well as tasting, and exam (30 multiple choice questions in 45 minutes). Upon successful completion of the exam, students will be awarded the WSET Level 1 Award in Sake. The class, exam, and provided lunch are $350 per person.
