The Passion Bakery Café, owned by Huber and Melvin Mendoza, has launched their third location in Silver Spring's Plaza del Mercado. The 1,200 square foot space will function as a café and bakery; featuring a menu of pastries, cakes, cookies, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. In the interest of accommodating those with allergies, the concept is also offering gluten-free and egg-free products.
