Donisima, the award-winning donut concept, has officially opened its first permanent flagship store at La Cosecha. From Michelin-starred chef Miguel Guerra of Mita, Donisima was born from a pandemic baking project between Miguel and his father in Colombia. The concept takes the classic American donut and transforms it into a showcase for Latin American flavors (think arequipe and queso fresco, guava and cheese, mango passionfruit, and picarones with chicha morada glaze). This new storefront also offer baked goods, savory items, and a full beverage lineup centered on thoughtful non-alcoholic creations.
