Chef Kevin Tien's new restaurant, Moon Rabbit, has finally opened up at The Wharf.
The new spot highlights elevated, French-inflected versions of family recipes. The 48-seat restaurant has taken over the Kith/Kin space in the InterContinental hotel. Due to Covid restricitions, Moon Rabbit is initially only open for dinner and will eventually open for casual lunch. Some standouts from the opening menu include a lobster & shrimp stock with local crab and okra.
