Chef Marcelle Afram has just opened up Shababi. The new concept features a Palestinian-influenced menu, offering up authentic rotisserie-style halal chicken with skin that's coated with allspice, sumac, cumin, fenugreek, and cardamom. Shababi is also serving up sides like za'atar fries, cucumbers, and a ranch-like dressing. For those who don't prefer meat, there is also mushroom shwarma. Currently, patrons can pick up meals every Friday - Sunday from 5:00PM - 7:30PM.
