SEVEN REASONS: CITYCENTER

Openings

931 H Street NW

Seven Reasons has opened their newly upgraded restaurant in the CityCenter development, just after closing their 14th Street location. Co-Founder and Chief Culinary Officer Chef Enrique Limardo and General Director Chef Jose Ignacio “Nacho” Usech, will continue to serve the beloved dishes from the original menu, in addition to a new culinary rollout. Some new dishes include Hamachi Tiradito, Oysters, and the “Melting Cloud”. Guests can also get excited for the waitlist-only tasting, “Surprise”, which takes inspiration from escape rooms. Guests might eat their dishes blindfolded or have to solve a puzzle before unlocking their utensils. The dishes can be paired with drinks from Beverage Director Carlos Boeda's cocktails and wine list such as the Never Been Kissed and the Kuzco's New Groove. The 8,000 square-foot space allows room for 130 guests in the dining room and up to 15 guests at the bar, as well as space for guests in the two private dining rooms. Surreal will also regularly have DJs and live vocalists several nights a week. Guests can also expect a state of the art sound system, contributing to a vibrant atmosphere that will allow for dancing and mingling as the night progresses. For more information, click here.
