A beloved neighborhood tradition returns as Del Ray celebrates the 29th Annual Halloween Parade on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The festive procession marches along Mount Vernon Avenue, beginning just south of E. Bellefonte Avenue, filling the streets with spooky, silly, and spectacular costumes. Children, pets, and even decorated strollers are invited to join in the fun and show off their creativity during this community celebration.
Following the parade, guests can enjoy live music and an award presentation at the Mount Vernon Recreation Center field, where prizes will be given for best costumes and creative entries.
