5th Thursday Absinthe Night at Apéro

On Thursday, July 31, Apéro invites guests to step into an evening of ritual, mystery, and green enchantment at its 5th Thursday Absinthe Night. Hosted by the legendary Chantal Tseng, the evening features a curated selection of absinthe served the traditional way—fountain, sugar cube, and all.

For those with a darker sense of fun, the night will also feature Squid Games–inspired cocktails with a wicked twist, along with a lineup of Sherry and Madeira by the glass and sinisterly good small bites from the kitchen.

Tickets are $20 per person and go straight to your tab. Space is limited, and candlelight is guaranteed.
