Join Via Umbria's team of experts for a butchery class that is dedicated to a traditional and iconic food of springtime, Rabbit. They will be showing three very different and unique ways to prepare this meat: Rabbit Ragu, Rabbit Tenderloin and Rabbit-chetta. Join in as the dynamic duo teaches the secrets of preparing rabbit three different ways, and you can even try your hand at it.
