Charcuterie 101: Back To School Class

In celebration of Charcuterie Fest, join Cheesetique for a class focused entirely on cured meats, taught by Cheesetique's owner, Jill Erber. At this exclusive event, you will learn about the the history of charcuterie and how and where various styles are made. Of course, you will eat and drink (8 cured meats, 2 wines, cheese bites, and various accompaniments) - so come hungry. You will taste and compare encased styles such as Salami, whole-muscle cuts like Prosciutto, and ground Paté. These classes are reserved, seated events, filled with education, conversation, and lots of cheese and wine. $55 per person. The class is offered on two dates. Session one takes place on Sunday, September 15th from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Del Ray location. Session two takes place on Sunday, September 22nd from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Mosaic location.
