Sababa, will offer a variety of Chinese-inspired specials in addition to the full a la carte menu on Christmas Eve. Dishes will be presented on a special menu insert that will mimic a Chinese takeout menu. The a la carte specials, prepared by Executive Chef Ryan Moore, include Winter Rolls, Duck Dumplings, Lamb Rangoon, Moo Shu Goat, Grilled Beef & Broccoli, as well as Kumquat "Orange" Chicken.
