Poca Madre’s cooking class series continues with an afternoon experimenting with mole, a traditional sauce used in Mexican cooking. Enjoy a welcome cocktail as chef Faiz Ally shares his techniques for cooking and preparing four different moles: poblano, verde, calabaza, and manchamanteles.
