For this one-time event at Perry’s, the tasting menu is priced at $150 per person, with an additional 20% service fee and 10% tax, while the optional sake and cocktail pairing is offered at $60 per person, plus the same service fee and tax. One hundred percent of the service fee is distributed directly to front-of-house team members as wages and is not considered a tip; gratuities are not expected but are always appreciated.
