Chef Rigoberto Ramos, longtime executive chef of Landini Brothers has created a special menu that will have you feeling so much love, you and your date just might eat his famous pasta Lady and the Tramp-style by the end of the evening. The Valentine’s Day menu will include several Landini signatures and favorites from their extensive specials list including Linguine alla Aragosta with Maine lobster served over fresh linguine in a lobster and tomato bisque cream sauce, Ossobuco alla Milanese featuring oven-baked veal shank with minced vegetables served over risotto with Spanish saffron and Chilean Sea Bass grilled with fresh rosemary, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
