Stable's Special Valentine's Day Cocktails

If you want to steer clear of the ubiquitous Valentine’s Day set, multi-course menu can head to Stable, which will be serving its regular menu this Valentine’s Day. You can indulge in their classic Swiss dishes such as Cheese and Apple Spaetzle and Stable Rösti or go all-in on romance and share sumptuous fondue for two. Owner and Beverage Director, Silvan Kraemer, has created two special cocktails to toast to the occasion. You can enjoy a drink dedicated to their sweetheart with the Mon Cheri made with Francois Montand Sparkling Rosé, Atlas Roeteli (Stable’s homemade cherry liqueur) and cacao nib-infused vodka or sip a cocktail rewarding the often hard work of a relationship with the Sweat and Tears featuring Catoctin Creek Rye, Stable’s homemade cranberry cordial, amaretto and Pfanner Apple Cider.
