On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, Charleston presents a $470-per-guest evening (inclusive of tax and gratuity) beginning at 6:30 p.m., welcoming Grand Siècle Ambassador Lucie Pereyre de Nonancourt as she unveils Laurent-Perrier’s Héritage and pours the newly released Grand Siècle No. 24 magnums. The menu features Chesapeake Bay oyster beignets and Golden Ossetra caviar with “La Cuvée” Brut NV (magnum); Black Rock Farm husk-roasted sweet corn soup and lobster bisque with Héritage Brut NV; foie gras torchon with preserved plum and peach compote and vanilla-bean brioche paired with Grand Siècle Iteration No. 26; pan-roasted turbot with Cinderella pumpkin risotto, toasted pecans, and roasted chestnuts with Grand Siècle Iteration No. 24 (magnum); and oak-roasted rabbit with fingerlings, shallot and heirloom tomato confit, and fresh-thyme reduction with Grand Siècle Les Réserves Iteration No. 20 (magnum), finishing with Laurent-Perrier “Harmony” demi-sec sorbet and petits fours.
