L’Auberge Chez François invites guests to step into Burgundy for one unforgettable evening at the Maison Louis Latour Tasting & Wine Dinner Experience on Thursday, January 22nd from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. This exclusive event showcases six award-winning and Premier Cru wines from the legendary Maison Louis Latour, one of France’s most celebrated and historic wine estates.

The evening begins with a welcome meet-and-greet reception featuring seasonal canapés paired with Simonnet-Febvre Crémant de Bourgogne Brut, followed by a guided tasting flight of three renowned Latour Premier Cru wines. Guests will then enjoy a multi-course dégustation menu by Chef Jacques, thoughtfully designed to highlight the artistry and terroir of Burgundy.

Menu highlights include a gratin of Maine diver scallops with shiitake mushrooms and Osetra caviar, a classic veal chop with black garlic flan and truffle sauce, and Chef Jacques’ famous chocolate truffle soufflé. Each course is paired with additional Louis Latour wines, offering a fully immersive tasting experience.

The evening is hosted by Charles Ducker, Southeast Regional Manager for Maison Louis Latour, who brings decades of expertise and insight into the storied history, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy of the Latour family. Founded in 1797 and family-owned for over two centuries, Maison Louis Latour represents both tradition and modern excellence in Burgundy winemaking.

This special event is priced at $180 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Early reservations are strongly encouraged for this one-night-only wine and culinary experience.
