Enjoy five wines and four courses at the Margerum Wine Dinner at Lyon Hall. Menu by Executive Chef Miljohn Dimaano, Executive Pastry Chef Bridie McCulla, and General Manager Dana Nyam. Also featuring special guest Margerum Wine Company's Winemaking Owner and Director, Doug Margerum. $80 per person, plus ten percent tax and twenty percent gratuity.
