Prosper Pop-Up at The Fountain Inn with Al Thompson

On Tuesday, July 22, from 5–10 PM, acclaimed bartender Al Thompson will take over the bar at The Fountain Inn for a one-night-only guest shift, offering a preview of his upcoming concept, Prosper.

With nearly two decades of industry experience and a résumé that includes Barmini by José Andrés, Hanumanh, Mercy Me, and The Green Zone, Thompson is known for delivering thoughtful, award-nominated cocktails with warmth and creativity. Guests can expect a special menu of nostalgic, memory-inspired cocktails, reflecting the spirit and vision of Prosper, his soon-to-launch bar centered around shared stories and elevated hospitality.
