Join Luke Barr, author of Ritz & Escoffier-The Hotelier, the Chef, and the Rise of the Leisure Class as he shares the story of César Ritz and Auguste Escoffier joining forces in 1889 at the Savoy Hotel and of their impact on the hotel and restaurant industry.
