Valravn Wine Dinner at Lyon Hall

Lyon Hall invites wine lovers and food enthusiasts to an elegant Valravn Wine Dinner on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. Hosted in The Mezzanine at Lyon Hall, this exclusive seated dinner will feature five carefully selected wines from Valravn, Sonoma County, expertly paired with a four-course menu curated by Executive Chef Miljohn Dimaano, Pastry Chef Bridie McCulla, and General Manager Dana Nyam.
The evening's special guest is Marc Lotterie of Elite Wine Co., who will guide guests through each pairing. From a stuffed goat cheese croquette with Sauvignon Blanc to a Black Forest Torte complemented by Old-Vine Zinfandel, this experience highlights the best of Valravn’s portfolio alongside locally inspired culinary creations.
Tickets are $100 per guest, plus 11% tax and 20% gratuity. Seating is limited.
