Afro-Latin owned bar, Serenata, is responding to calls to action by Black Lives Matter and partnering up with renowned local chefs and mixologists creating pop-ups throughout the month of June.  From a curated vegan dinner, to a virtual bake sale, the team is honored to be contributing to this cause by donating a percentage of the profits to an array of charities fighting against racism in America. Serenata, James Beard Nominee Pastry Chef, Paola Velez, and Minessota Chef, Willa Pelini, join forces to fight racism through the “Bakers Against Racism” virtual bake sale campaign.   Bakers across the country are encouraged to create their favorite dessert and donate proceeds from sales will also go to our local chapter of Black Lives Matter. All desserts are priced at $8.00 each. The kick-off of the campaign with pre-sales will start on June 15th. Bake goods will be ready for pick up at Serenata on June 20th. Click here to learn more.
