BlackSalt Restaurant in partnership with Ace Beverage is delighted to host the Shades of Oregon Wine Dinner with Le Cadeau Vineyard and Aubichon Cellars both located in the Chehalem Mountains of the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Le Cadeau planted its first Pinot Noir vines in 1999 on an isolated plot surrounded by forest. The wines it produces are deep and dimensional with spice and herbal components. The personality of these wines is created by the diversity of the soil types and clones used in the vineyard, what we call true Terroir. You will enjoy a 5-course meal created by Executive Chef Jeff Gaetjen specifically to pair with the wines presented.
