On March 11 at 6:30 PM, Taberna del Alabardero hosts The García Legacy Wine Dinner, an exclusive evening celebrating the heritage of Spanish winemaking. The experience will be led by Víctor Fernández of renowned wineries San Román, Mauro, and Garmón Continental, alongside premier wine importer Aurelio Cabestrero. Guests will enjoy a curated tasting of wines from some of Spain’s most prestigious terroirs, paired with a bespoke multi-course menu designed to complement the García family’s celebrated vintages.
