Wine Tasting At Cork

This Saturday, Serghei, owner of Old Town Cellars, joins you and Cork Wine Bar to taste unique wines from Moldova and Lebanon, perfect for the summer. This week's featured tasting wine is Ixsir Altitudes Rosé. This new addition combines classic grape varieties (Syrah and Cinsault) with indigenous Lebanese grapes (Caladoc) to create a rosé made in a Provence style. There's a good amount of red fruit that is balanced by ample acidity. The wine finishes clean and is ideal for day drinking on the patio, though it absolutely shines alongside Mediterranean cuisine, and is a great addition to any picnic or BBQ. 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. For more information, please click here.
