Xiquet’s One-Night, Four Hands Dinner with Chef Jan Van Haute

Chef Danny is hosting an intimate one-night-only pop-up, featuring Chef Jan Van Haute of The Inn at Vaucluse Spring.
Chef Jan brings an extraordinary culinary background to Xiquet’s kitchen, from serving as personal chef to Queen Fabiola at the Royal Palace of Belgium, to training in a three-Michelin-starred kitchen, and later being inducted into Les Disciples Escoffier International in the presence of Michel Escoffier.
For one evening only, Chef Jan’s classical European technique and perspective will meet Chef Danny’s approach, marrying traditional Valencian cuisine using vibrant, ingredient-driven flavors of the Mid-Atlantic at Xiquet. The two have created a collaborative menu that bridges two distinct culinary worlds and the chefs’ signature styles.
