Via Umbria's House Butcher Scott Weiss and Executive Chef Liam LaCivita team up to put on an exhibition of the art of butchery that will prepare you for Easter. Join in as they butcher a whole lamb from nose to tail featuring the Lamb-centric secrets to preparing recipes for specialties such as Lambchetta, Lamb Ragu, Lamb Involtini.
