Cooking Class: Pasta & Dessert

Step into Via Umbria's kitchen where you and a small group of amateur chefs will enjoy an intimate cooking class. You will learn how to make pasta by hand and prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to roll up your sleeves and try it yourself and, as a bonus, you will also have the opportunity to create one of Via Umbria's signature desserts. This week’s menu features tagliatelle al tartufo nero with mushroom trifolati and parmigiano, followed by strawberry goat cheese panna cotta, with the chance afterward to enjoy your handiwork.
