First-time restaurant owner Eric Yoo will be bringing his new ramen shop to the District, Menya Hoski, later this month. Everything is made in house, including the noodles, and will be a representation of his studies of one of Japan's most popular foods. This establishment will feature 25 seats inside, as well counter seats that look into an open kitchen, and 16 additional seats outside. Some menu highlights include two flavors of tsukemen, tantanmen, and much more.
