Huevos, a new all-day egg concept led by chef Victor Albisu, will be opening up in Arlington this spring. The fast-casual spot, sister restaurant to the beloved Taco Bamba, will be whipping up a variety of egg-based creations while putting a Latin twist on the dishes. Standouts from the eclectic menu include green eggs and jamón; featuring a sixty-three degree egg, jalapeño whipped potatoes, and crispy ham. Additionally, some dishes will be topped with roasted veggies, tortillas, and smoked fish. Huevos will also be serving beverages like coffee, tea, craft beer, mimosas, and bloody marys.
