Chef Mackenzie Kitburi is to grow Little Miner Taco with the opening of a pop-up expected to open in Brookland this Spring. Takeout breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served on a daily basis in the space formerly home to Smith Public Trust. Guest favorite cheesy birriia de res quesotacos that come with a cup of savory consomme for dunking will be served at this pop-up, as well as other menu items. Original to this new concept will be a kids menu that features quesadillas and pulled chicken tinga. Menu items for adults range in price from $4.00 to $15.00.
