Tortuga, the Spanish word for turtle, has replaced the former bar Tio Javier. Under the same ownership, this revamped venue boasts influence from the Caribbean; offering guests a massive rooftop venue dubbed the Rooftop Turtle Club. In the interest of replicating the Caribbean, the roof is adorned with massive palm trees, surfboards, and tropical décor. In terms of the cocktail menu, Tortuga offers a plethora of festive, authentic libations; ranging from the key lime colada all the way to local IPAs. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy brunch, lunch, and dinner inside the venue, with a menu that incorporates seafood favorites like ceviche, fried plantains, and octopus.
