Aung Myint has officially brought his twenty-five years of restaurant expertise to Georgetown. Bandoola Bowl features a fast-casual atmosphere, allowing guests to quickly grab their customizable salads and get right back to work. This new concept offers a salad menu that solely uses influence from Southeast Asian cuisine. Guests are able to choose from add-ins like: thinly chopped veggies, fried garlic and shallots, steamed broccoli, raw shredded ginger, roasted pork, chicken, and steamed shrimp. Bandoola Bowl also offers accompaniments, like their naan-style bread, for each of the guest’s lettuce creations.
