The James Beard Award recipient, Chef Michael White, has launched his new DC concept: Nicoletta Italian Kitchen. This authentic Italian concept hones in on all things traditional; offering a menu of classic Italian snacks, ‘Parms’, Pastas, meatballs, and of course their infamous pizza. Their signature three-day-dough endures a three day fermentation process to enhance the richness and flavor. This 4,300 square-foot restaurant seats up to 55 guests in the dining room while also offering seating at the industrial-chic bar. White has crafted a drink menu that incorporates an extensive selection of Italian wines, cocktails, and beers.
