This Miami-based, health conscious, restaurant will be opening up in Ballston this spring. Dirt, co-founded by Jeff LaTulippe, chose this provocative name to make customers think of fresh, unprocessed dishes. Guests can expect a counter casual atmosphere in this 33-seat venue, with fare ranging from all-day breakfast to salads & bowls. The interior, from the designers at //3877, will be decked out in industrial steel, accompanied with earth tones and a neon sign that boasts their slogan: "Eat Clean, Talk Dirty".
