As a Mexico City native, Chef Roberto Santibañez . has crafted  a menu showcasing street food-inspired dishes and traditional Mexican home cooking, with an added modern flair. Guests can enjoy traditional dishes such as Carne Asada and Tacos de Carnitas, Foie Gras with Churros, and Caviar Gorditas. Hand-crushed guacamole is offered in unique iterations including a version with blue cheese, grapes and almonds. Santibañez also serves his take on Mexico City's famous rotisseries, which feature chicken, beef and pork in unique preparations. The space, at 9,500 square feet seats 400, plus private dining and a patio. Mi Vida offers a wide selection of Tequilas and Mezcals, in addition to specialty cocktails and margaritas. They also have draft and bottled beer, and wines by the bottle and glass.
