Co-owners chef Jeremiah Langhorne and general manager Alex Zink, have opened the doors to The Dabney Cellar. Located directly below it's restaurant counterpart, The Dabney, look for a well-curated beverage program as well as a brief menu of small dishes. The Dabney Cellar’s wine list showcases thirty wines by the glass, with an emphasis on small producers and also feature a selection of ciders, draft beers and signature cocktails. Chef Langhorne has created a small menu including a shellfish bar, salads, snacks, house-made and locally-sourced charcuterie and cheeses. Much like The Dabney, the menu changes daily and showcases the seasonal products and flavors of the mid-Atlantic region.
