Ziad Maalouf, Former Owner Of Cafè Olé, Has Revamped His Concept And Given It A New Location And A New Name: Cafè Fili. However, Maalouf Is Still Striving To Emphasize Customer Service And Fresh, Locally-sourced Ingredients In His New Venture. This New 2,200 Square-foot Mediterranean Concept Offers Some Of Cafè Olé's Signature Dishes As Well As A Plethora Of New Plates. Some Standouts From The Menu Include The Grilled Chicken Pomodoro Panini, Moroccan Cassoulet, And A Lebanese Feta Spread Called Shankleesh.
