Guests can enjoy a mid-size menu with traditional Caribbean plates like jerk, roti, and oxtail. This 40-seat eatery is serving up breakfast, dinner, and late-night dishes six days a week. In terms of the breakfast options, chef Prime is cooking up breakfast breads that incorporate Johnny bake dough and are layered with different protein options like bacon and eggs.
