The new restaurant, Meyer’s first standalone full-service concept in the DC area, features a menu that leans towards seafood pastas and whole-grilled fishes. Led by Executive Chef Rose Noel, Maialino Mare relies on local farmers for daily deliveries to craft standout dishes like Bombolotti al Orto (winter greens pesto) and Bucatini All’Amatriciana (spicy tomato with guanciale and pecorino).
