Carlie Steiner and chef Kevin Tien, co-founders of Himitsu, have parted ways as Tien goes on open up his new solo concept: Emilie’s. Carlie Steiner has transformed the former Himitsu into Pom Pom; changing the menu and and overall vibe of the current concept. Guests can expect an expanded menu, featuring additional plates that will incorporate some Middle Eastern flare as well as a new burger of the week. However, Pom Pom will still continue preparing their beloved dishes that place a heavy focus on raw fish.
