D.C. will be getting another pizza spot this Spring, as Northern Virginia’s beloved Pupatella will be opening in the space formerly home to Rosemarys Thyme. This location will feature a wood-burning stove imported from Mt. Vesuvius, which will allow for red, white, and seasonal thin-crust pizzas to be made in just 90 seconds. Patrons can get excited for pizzas such as a classic margherita to a more fancy option like prosciutto and fig topped pizza. Diners will order their food at a counter, and eventually, takeout and delivery may also become an option. While the menu mainly focuses on pizza, salads, paninis, and friggitoria will also be available that can be enjoyed on the wrap around sidewalk patio that this location boasts.
