Salt and Open Road, the latest concepts from Metropolitan Hospitality Group, has officially opened their doors in Rosslyn. Salt is functioning as the cocktail bar while the adjoining space is now home to Open Road- a full-service restaurant. Leading the cocktail team is Paul Williams, who is serving eclectic creations like the Silly Rabbit which is made with Roku gin, yellow Chartreuse, carrot-star anise juice, almond orgeat, ginger, as well as fresh lemon. The restaurant area, Open Road, is featuring a menu of seafood-forward dishes with a twist. Guests can enjoy some traditional plates like the oysters and shrimp cocktail along with creative dishes like the tuna tartare nachos.
