Fabio Trabocchi’s beloved Italian eatery, Sfoglina, has opened in a brand new location: Rosslyn. The 4,500 square foot space, which can fit up to 130 guests, features a light, sophisticated atmosphere as well as a floor-to-ceiling glass room where guests can watch their homemade pasta being crafted. Led by Executive Chef Erin Clarke, the new location is featuring some classics like the Ravioli San Leo with arugula, goat cheese, and fresh herbs along with the linguini with lobster, roasted tomatoes, and chilies.
