Chef Darren Norris is bringing his udon restaurant to D.C. this February. Shibuya Eatery will be located in the basement of a three level property in Adams Morgan. It will feature sling bowls, handmade soba and udon noodles, and kushiyayi skewers. Above it will be Shabu Plus which will feature Japenese hot pot and kaiseki small plates. On the top level will be Death Punch Bar, which will boast pool and cocktails.
